Is the Leva X10 compatible with hearing devices?
Yes, all Leva phones are compatible with T-Coil and HAC (hearing aid compatible) for improved sound via T-Coil. They can also connect via Bluetooth to other headphones. However, they are not compatible with BLE, LE Audio, ASHA or MFi devices at this time.
What is Doro ClearSound®?
Doro ClearSound® is our unique technology that boosts the frequency of high voice sounds to improve call quality, making the sound clearer, louder and easier to hear, even in noisy environments.
How does the Doro Secure Button work?
The Doro Secure Button is designed to quickly alert up to 5 contacts when help is needed. With one press, the button sends a text, makes a call and shares the phone’s GPS location with the pre-approved responders.
How does the GPS position on request work?
The phone’s latest known GPS position can be provided on-request to authorised contacts. This can be set up using the phone’s admin menu
Is a charger included with the Leva X10?
A charging cradle and charging cable are included in the box, but no power adapter. This is in line with the new EU Common Charger directive, which names USB-C as the common charging port, and means consumers are able to charge their devices with any USB-C charger, regardless of the device brand.
