Senior technology is not about replacing human resources with technology and automation. Senior technology is primarily about including seniors in the digital world, enabling them to have active and independent lives – both at home and when out and about, while also creating safety and peace of mind for seniors and their relatives alike.

Secondly, senior technology is also about more efficient usage of the resources we have through our seniors. Many seniors are highly competent and very willing to continue sharing their wealth of knowledge and experience. That their knowledge is being used and put into practice does not only benefit them personally by keeping them mentally active and healthy, but also benefits society as a whole.

Caring for people and planet

Doro works in various ways to minimise climate impact e.g. through environmental improvement of the car fleet and eco-driver training.
Doro also promotes remote and home working in order to further decrease commuting.

Energy consumption within our office premises is measured annually and we strive to reduce the environmental impact through optimum use of the space and the use of fossil-free energy.

Doro endeavours to keep transportation costs, and the environmental impact from doing this, as low as possible.
