What does the warranty cover?

The warranty extension applies under the condition that the product is used in compliance with the instructions supplied. The warranty does not cover deterioration due to improper use, battery replacement, consumable materials, natural wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover networks or connectivity issues beyond our control. The product will work as per the product specification stipulated and we cannot be held responsible for third party products/networks not connecting or changing specifications.

 

The one year warranty extension is non-transferable and applies exclusively to new applicable products registered within one months of purchase.

When can I use my warranty extension?

For the first two years following your purchase, you are covered by the standard legal guarantee.

  • For the initial period after your purchase, you are covered by standard legal guarantee. If you have an issue within this time frame, the standard legal guarantee will apply.
  • If you have an issue within the extended warranty period, please contact the Doro support team. They will guide you through the process of how to get your product fixed.

 

 

How to activate your one year warranty extension

To take advantage of the extra year warranty, please register your product at doro.com within one month of purchase. The warranty extension is for domestic use, and does not cover the use of a product for professional purposes. 

 

What you will need to provide

Proof of purchase

A digital copy of your proof of purchase. A full receipt/order is required (we cannot provide you with an extended warranty period without one).

 

Email address and name

When filling out the warranty extension form on doro.com we will ask you to provide your full name, email address and phone number.

Serial number

The IMEI number or product serial number - which can be found on the packaging (There is a tip, when filling out the form, to help you find this information on your product packaging.).
